Mergehold is a single-player tower defense game published by SocketNine (“we”, “our”). This policy explains what happens to your data. It is short because the game does very little with it.
Nothing. We operate no servers for this game, no analytics, and no crash reporting. We never see your name, email, contacts, location, photos or files.
Your progress — levels completed, stars, gems, upgrades, settings and chosen language — is written to your device's local app storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Uninstalling the game permanently deletes it. There is no cloud backup, so progress does not transfer between devices.
Two Google services run inside the game. They are controlled by Google, not by us, and process data under their own privacy policies.

The game requests no other permissions. It cannot access your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, photos or files.
Mergehold is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The game is rated for teen audiences and contains stylised fantasy combat with no blood or gore.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's Play Store listing.
